I Am a Woman

I am a woman.
A woman with warmth
In my heart to hold and rock,
Giving sweet nectar of compassion
And mothering love.

I am a woman
Open to Earth
Filling me with fountains of pointed passion,
Waking and warming my inner channels,
Gushing through my center.

I am a woman
Who no longer suffers my body shut down
From shame and fear.
Who no longer holds back from
Cultural mores or ignorant judgement.

I Am a Woman
Claiming myself!
My beauty, my body, my breasts and my yoni.
Claiming my dominion- to be shared if I wish.
To be invited in, or out.
I stand open and tall, wide and full.

I Am a Woman- unashamed of my sex.
